  • Justice-centered lactation care for Black families, LGBTQ+ families, late-gestation abortion and loss, maternal mental health, body autonomy, intimacy, and more. Evening appointments are my primary availability. Limited daytime appointments may be available upon request. Please contact me to discuss daytime scheduling.

  • 60 Minutes | Virtual

You’ll receive a brief written summary outlining your personalized feeding roadmap after our session.

    We will:

    • Review your medical and pregnancy history
    • Clarify your feeding goals and values
    • Develop a hospital and early postpartum plan
    • Cover pumping basics and flange fit
    • Discuss early hand expression and colostrum
    • Identify support systems and mental health considerations

    Postpartum Follow-Up Benefit

Families who complete a prenatal planning session receive $15 off the Comprehensive Lactation Consultation when scheduled within six weeks of delivery.

Because your history and goals are already established, your postpartum visit can focus immediately on assessment, adjustments, and next steps.

  • 75 minutes | Virtual

A comprehensive, individualized feeding assessment designed for complex or ongoing concerns.

We will review feeding patterns, latch, milk supply, pumping routines, infant behavior, and maternal health factors that may be shaping your experience.

You’ll leave with a clear, personalized care plan and practical next steps. This session includes one brief 30min follow-up appointment to support implementation.

    Ideal for:

    • Painful latch
    • Milk supply concerns
    • Slow weight gain
    • Pumping challenges
    • Combination feeding transitions
    • Multiple overlapping concerns

  • 45 minutes | Virtual

A focused session for support around a single feeding concern. Best suited for families who need guidance on one specific issue rather than a full assessment.

    Common topics include:

    • Flange sizing and pump adjustments
    • Bottle transitions
    • Mild latch discomfort
    • Returning-to-work planning
    • Weaning questions

If concerns are complex or involve multiple feeding challenges, a Comprehensive Consultation may be recommended.

  • Lactation care does not end when a pregnancy ends.

If you are seeking milk suppression guidance or feeding support following miscarriage, stillbirth, abortion, or infant loss, this service is available at no cost.

Appointments are scheduled manually to ensure flexibility and compassionate support. Please email me to request an appointment.

You deserve informed, compassionate care in every outcome.
