Access to lactation care should never depend solely on a family’s ability to pay.

The Lactation Access Initiative works to remove financial barriers through the Lactation Access Fund, helping eligible Black families access no-cost or subsidized lactation care while strengthening the workforce that provides it.

Eligibility is based on the mission of the initiative and available funding.
