Lactation Care

Compassionate, culturally responsive support for Black families throughout the reproductive and feeding journey.

Our Approach

Care That Centers You

Every family's journey is different, and there is no single definition of success. At The Obsidian Milk Collective, we provide evidence-based lactation care that respects your goals, your lived experiences, and your reproductive choices. Whether you're preparing to breastfeed or chestfeed, exclusively pumping, combination feeding, using donor milk, weaning, or choosing not to lactate, our role is to provide information, guidance, and support, not judgment. No matter where you journey begins, our goal is to help you make informed feeding decisions with confidence, compassion, and support.

We welcome parents of all ages, including teen, young parents, and older parents. We are committed to providing compassionate, judgement-free care that meets every family where they are.
